Housing can be financed with tuition or cash pay.
All basic utilities are included in housing packages.
Most properties are less than 10 minutes away from campus.
Shared living space, roomed with same shift
The total cost of housing is included in your total tuition, there is a $1,000 deposit. This deposit is necessary before you move in and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay if there are no damages to the property. Please note that damages include any destruction to the house's property or furniture.
The unit for the package will be a house or an apartment with 1 to 3 bedrooms and will accomodate 2 to 6 students.Rest easy knowing that if you are coming with a friend, we will try to ensure that you are roomed together. Once approved for F/A or cash pay, you will be contacted 30 days prior to your start date to finalize your housing. Our units also come equipped with twin beds to ensure a good night's rest.

Our housing package provides a basic furnished home, with seating, stove, fridge, microwave, furnished bathroom, bed and storage for personal items, all utilities are included.
Students will need, bedding, toiletries, cooking & eating utensils, food, and internet.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in Western Lodging.
WWA will provide housing until the student graduates from our program. No early termination fees.
To qualify for housing, we require a $1,000 refundable cash deposit, not financed.
